At Borsage, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Any used or damaged products will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, a refund or store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days.
